1. Shipping Coverage and Costs
Currently, we provide services to the following 16 European countries: Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Germany.
Free Shipping: Free shipping to all destination countries.
Logistics: We primarily use UPS or FedEx for delivery to ensure the safety and speed of your packages.
2. Delivery Time Estimation
The total delivery time consists of two parts: "Order Processing Time" and "Logistics Transit Time":
Order Processing Time: Typically 3-5 business days. This includes the process from when you place your order to when the package is handed over to the courier company (including inventory verification, quality inspection, and packaging).
Logistics transit time: Typically 5-8 business days. This is the time from when your package leaves the warehouse to when it reaches you.
Total delivery time: Estimated 5-13 business days.
Please note: Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. We do not process shipments on weekends and public holidays.
3. Order Tracking and Notification
Track Number: After your order is shipped, the system will automatically send an email containing the tracking number.
Activation Time: Tracking information typically takes 48 to 72 hours to activate in the logistics system.
Inquiry Support: If you cannot find the tracking information 3 days after shipment, or if you are unable to track your package yourself, please contact us. We will verify the situation for you within 48 hours.
4. Order Modification and Cancellation
Pre-shipment Application: You can apply to cancel your order, change your shipping address, or exchange items free of charge before your package is shipped.
Post-shipment Application: Once the package leaves the warehouse, we cannot intercept or modify any information.
Refusal to Accept Package: If you refuse to accept a shipped package without a valid reason, the order will be processed as a return. We will deduct the actual round-trip shipping costs from the refund. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
5. Regarding Customs Duties and Taxes
Generally: Our product prices already include most standard taxes and fees; you usually do not need to pay any additional fees.
Special Circumstances: In rare cases, depending on the customs policies of your local government, a small amount of customs duty may be incurred. These fees are collected by local customs and borne by the customer. We sincerely apologize for the differences in policies between countries, but these are beyond our direct control.
6. Delays Due to Special Circumstances
International logistics may be delayed due to the following force majeure events: severe weather, natural disasters, peak global shipping seasons, labor shortages, or unusual delays by local carriers. If your order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to assist in verification.
