Regarding returns and exchanges

1. Application Timeframe and Conditions

Application Deadline: Please submit your application within 7 days (one week) of receiving the goods. This deadline applies to all payments, including credit card, PayPal, and cash on delivery.

Return Deadline: Please ship the goods back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Non-Returnable Items:

Goods received after 7 days.

Used or secondhand goods that affect resale.

Original packaging or accessories damaged or missing.

Orders cancelled after the order status has changed to "Shipped" (cancellation is not possible after shipment as logistics are already in the processing stage).

2. Handling Solutions for Different Situations

A. Product Quality Issues or Incorrect Shipment (Store Responsibility)

If due to product defects, damage, or incorrect shipment:

Cost Explanation: We cover both shipping costs.

Processing Procedure:

Please contact us via email/phone, providing your order number and photos/videos of the damaged area.

After confirmation, we will provide return instructions.

Please use the Cash on Delivery (Collect) method to return the item and mark it "Fragile" on the package.

After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process a full refund or a free replacement.

B. No-Reason Return (Personal Reasons) If you are returning an item due to personal preference or size incompatibility (not a quality issue):

Cost Explanation: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Processing Procedure:
