General Warranty

1. Warranty Period and Eligibility
Standard Warranty: All LVCVCN products are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing defects.

Beneficiary: The warranty automatically applies to the original purchaser.

Warranty Transfer: To transfer the warranty to a new owner, the following conditions must be met:

The original 1-year warranty period has not expired.

The new owner must provide the name and order number of the original purchaser.

Exclusions: Free gifts/accessories included with the product are not covered by the warranty.

2. Battery-Specific Warranty Policy
Batteries are covered by a 1-year proportional limited warranty from the date of purchase:

Handling: If the defect is confirmed by LVCVCN, free repair or replacement will be provided within the first year.

Warranty Duration: The repaired or replaced battery continues to be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original order.

Limitations: Battery defects must be verified by LVCVCN; no cash refunds will be provided.

3. Warranty Coverage and Exclusions

Warranty Coverage: Confirmed manufacturing defects.

Damage to components caused during transportation.

Out of Warranty (Product and Battery)
Appearance and Wear: Normal wear, corrosion, discoloration, scratches, impact marks, or surface damage not caused by manufacturing processes.

Human Misuse: Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper storage, contact with liquids/chemicals, negligence, or excessive physical/electrical stress.

Unauthorized Operation: Irreversible modifications (such as drilling, welding, structural alterations), unauthorized disassembly, removal/alteration of serial numbers or barcodes.

Environmental and External Factors: Improper assembly/operation according to instructions, fire, flood, lightning strike, earthquake, voltage surge, or theft.

Battery-Specific Limitations: Use of unauthorized chargers, improper charging, tampering with battery seals, or use across models.

4. Claims Process
Step 1: Initial Communication
Before submitting a formal claim, it is recommended that you contact the customer service team. Many technical issues can be resolved quickly with remote guidance.

Step 2: Submit a Formal Claim

Proof of Purchase (order screenshot or invoice).

Visual Evidence: Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage.

Special Note: Damage As Received (DOA)

If you discover any damage during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide evidence.

Time Limit: Applications must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Gift Information: Damage to free accessories during shipping is not eligible for compensation or replacement.
